摘要
采用正交试验方法开展CFB锅炉的燃烧优化调整试验,详述了以此方法所完成的秦皇岛秦热发电有限公司5号300 MW CFB锅炉燃烧优化调整试验的情况。实际应用结果表明,正交试验方法对于CFB锅炉燃烧优化调整是一种十分有效的工具,采用该方法,可通过较少的试验工况,获得锅炉最优的运行参数。
The combustion adjusting test for combustion optimization in CFB boiler has been carried out by adopting the orthogonal test method. The situation of adjusting test for combustion optimization in CFB boiler no. 5 of 300 MW unit in Qinhuangdao Qinre Power Generation Co Ltd,completed by using orthogonal test method, has been presented. Results of practical application show that the said test method is a very effective tool for combustion optimization of CFB boilers. Adopting said method, the optimal operation parameters can be obtained through fewer test conditions.
