摘要
景德镇电厂475 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉运行中出现了空气预热器(空预器)排烟温度、热风温度偏高,甲乙两侧排烟温度偏差大等现象,对此从空预器本体漏风、烟气侧影响、空气侧影响几方面进行了分析。分析表明,实际运行中空预器进口风温与设计值不符,运行过程中一次风率偏离设计值等是造成这种现象的主要原因。提出了燃烧运行调整时应尽量保持一次风率在60%左右,加强对甲侧检查、堵漏,消除空预器漏风等改进措施和建议。
Abnormal phenomena,such as high flue gas temperature from the air preheater,high temperature of the hot air,large deviation of the exhaust flue gas temperature at A and 13 side etc. ,have recently appeared in operation of 475 t/h CFB boiler in Jingdezhen Power Plant. For this,analysis from aspects of air leakage in the air preheater proper,effects from the flue gas side, and effects from the air side,etc. ,has been carried out. Results of analysis show that the main causes leading to the above- mentioned phenmena are as follows.inlet air temperature of the air preheater in practical operation isn't conform to the designed value,and the flow rate of primary air in the process of operation is deviated from the designed value. Hence,improving measures and recommendations, such as strenthening combustion adjustment in operation,ensuring the flow rate of primary air to be about 60 %,intensifying inspection and leakage - plugging at A side,and doing best to eliminate air leakage of the air preheater, have been put forward.
