摘要
应用循环对称结构固有特性的有限元分析原理,对某型叶轮机转子轮盘-叶片结构的耦合振动特性进行了研究,建立了该转子轮盘-叶片系统的实体模型及基于循环对称分析原理的有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件进行了分析计算,根据计算结果分析了该转子轮盘-叶片系统耦合结构的振动特性,为其设计优化和振动安全性检验提供了数值依据。
Based on the FEA method for analyzing vibration characteristics of cyclic symmetric structures,the vibration characteristics of an turbomachine rotor blade-disc system was analyzed. The solid model and FEA model for cyclic symmetric analysis of the compressor blade-disc system were set up and computed using ANSYS software. The vibration characteristics of the turbomachine blade-disc system was analyzed based on the computation. The analysis results can be used as reference for opt, imization design and vibration safeness verification for this compressor blade-disc system.
