摘要
文章论述了车辆制动器综合性能测试中的混合惯量模拟试验台架的动力学模型。根据对动力学模型的分析,提出了以电机功率最小为选择原则的试验台架设计方法。并阐述了基于误差最小和惯量最小原则的电机功率和系统惯量调整方法。通过计算和比较,验证了方法的可行性和适用性。文章论述的方法对其它大惯量台架的电机选型和惯量选取同样具有指导意义。
The paper dissertates the dynamics model of mixed inertia simulation test bed about braking test. By the analysis of the model, method of how to design test bed is brought forward based on the principia of minimum power. And based on the principia of how to achieve least error and inertia, the adjusted means is expressed. The methods are validated by data compare and count.
