摘要
近年来永磁无刷直流电机得到了广泛应用,但转矩脉动引起的转速波动限制了其在伺服领域的发展。由于转矩脉动是随转子角度变化的周期性函数,故设计了一种新型的基于重复控制补偿的双环控制器。运用Simulink分别对基于重复控制补偿的双环控制器和常规PI双环控制器进行仿真。结果表明,基于重复控制补偿的双环控制策略在无刷直流电机控制系统中对周期性转矩脉动具有很好的抑制性。
With the development of the BLDCM, routine PI double loop controller couldn' t satisfy the requirement of serve performance of BLDCM system in special field. To weaken the influences of periodic disturbances caused by torque ripple,PI double loop controller Based on Repetitive control compensation was designed to reject the periodic disturbances. Theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can well suppress the influence of the periodic disturbance of BLDCM servo system, and make the system have good position-tracking performance for the periodically desired signal.
