摘要 提出了一种面向对象的Petri网(OPN)的建模方法并分析柔性制造系统(FMS)的状态动态变化。基于Petri网中单个结点对象的分析,以及对整个Petri网的网关及对应输入输出消息处所的构建,我们建立了一个FMS模型。在这个模型中,探讨了避免自动移动小车(AGV)和机器人的冲突和死锁的算法。通过对该模型各个对象有效的动态变迁的逻辑分析,在遵从一些特定的控制规则前提下成功开发了模拟调度控制软件,使控制模型更具智能性。 This paper presents an Objected-oriented Petri Net (OPN) modelling method and analyses the dynamic behaviours of a Flexible Manufacturing Cell (FMC). Based on the individual object Petri net, a FMC OPN model has been constructed by connecting each pair of input and output message places with their corresponding gates to all the related OPNs. A conflict and deadlock avoidance algorithm in AGV and Robot is introduced. Based on the logic validated by the OPN model, a dispatch and simulation control software package has been implemented through the dynamic behaviours of the FMC OPN model, which complies with some specific control rules and makes the control model artificially intelligent.
