摘要
采用交流变频电封闭试验台架作为驱动桥总成疲劳寿命试验检测设备,可在有载荷的情况下检测驱动桥疲劳性能,试验环境更接近于驱动桥的实际使用工况,从而能够发现一些空载试验所检查不出来的问题,并且得出的驱动桥疲劳寿命更加接近其真实值。文中首先对试验台的设计参数进行了说明,然后又介绍了试验系统构成及其试验台的工作原理,最后通过具体性能试验说明了该试验台的可靠性,并对试验结果进行了初步的评估。
Closed the use of AC variable frequency electric drive as test bench axle fatigue life test equipment, which detecting driver fatigue performance of bridge in the case of loads. It will drive closer to the actual use of the bridge condition in order to f'md that some problem can not be check in the no-load test. Through this test, the drive axle can be drawn closer to the fatigue life of its true value. Firstly, this paper describes design parameters of test-bed.Then the author describes the pilot test-bed system and its working principle. In the end, the author notes the adoption of specific performance test of the reliability of the test-bed, and preliminary evaluates the test results.
