摘要
针对数控铣削加工过程中的环形阵列图形,恰当应用数控系统提供倒角、旋转、R参数及定向指令,提出了避免和减少节点计算的措施,抬刀和下刀应注意的问题,循环基体的选择,以及主程序和子程序的编制。通过实际加工表明,提出的编程方法和技巧,能有效减少节点的计算、减少程序段数目、提高编程效率和生产效率、保证加工质量,并增强了程序的重用性。
The problem of porgramming skills and of the Annular Array Graphical in milling if described. The instructions of chamfer, rotation, R Parameters and goto in CNC system being proper applied. These metheds avoiding and reducing the computing node, carrying knives, making a choice of the matrix cycle, as well as Programming the main program and subroutine are advanced. Through the actual process show that the programming methods and techniques that can effectively reduce the calculation of the node, reduce the number of program segment, improve the programming efficiency and productivity, ensure processing quality.At the same time, the reusability of the programme is enhanced.
