Misdiagnosis of spinal epidural inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor： one case report

摘要患者，男性，39岁，因双下肢无力伴胸部以下感觉减退3个月，加重1个月入院。双下肢无力以长时间行走后为著，患者无大小便障碍，无外伤及感染病史。
