摘要患者男，47岁，主因胸痛6个月入院。患者6个月前无明显诱因出现胸痛，疼痛位于胸骨后，进食后加重，尤以进食质硬、辛辣食物后显著，并向左肩部放射，无反酸、烧心、发热、皮疹、关节痛及其它不适。4个月前于外院就诊，胃镜提示为食管溃疡、食管癌不除外，
