内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗胃窦血管淋巴管瘤一例

摘要患者男，56岁。因反复上腹部胀闷不适2个月前来就诊。患者2个月前无明显诱因下出现上腹部胀闷不适，尤以饮酒后加重，无明显腹痛，无恶心呕吐，大便正常，未引起重视，未行治疗。但近1个月来患者自觉症状加重，
