焊接电参数对钛型渣系FCAW烟尘产生的影响

摘要 为了研究焊接电参数对钛型渣系FCAW烟尘产生的影响,采用光散射法和光纤型准光弹性散射颗粒粒度测试仪测量钛型渣系FCAW烟尘的粒度,根据JIS标准,在不同的取样条件和焊接工艺参数下进行烟尘发尘量测量试验,探索了普通钛型渣系FCAW烟尘的粒度分布规律,分析了焊接工艺参数对烟尘发尘量的影响,并研究降低烟尘发尘量的措施。研究结果表明,普通钛型渣系FCAW烟尘粒度遵循一定的分布规律,焊接工艺参数、沉积方式和取样条件对焊接烟尘粒度分布和发尘量有一定的影响,选择合适的焊接工艺参数,可以有效控制焊接烟尘。 In order to research welding fume forming of FCAW of Ti-based slag system affected by welding electric parameters,this paper presents measurements of fume particle size of FCAW of Ti-based slag system by FOQELS and forming rate of welding fume under different welding parameters in response to JIS,and points out influence of welding parameters on welding fume particle size distribution in FCAW of Ti-based slag system, then gives the research on fume forming rate influenced by process parameters and the description of reducing welding fume.It is shown in this paper that there is a regular distribution of fume particle size in FCAW of Tibased slag system, and process parameters ,deposition mode and sampling condition have effect on particle size distribution and fume forming rate,and welding process parameters may play an important role for effectively preventing welding fume.
