大功率点焊电源损耗分析及解决方案

摘要 在大功率中高频逆变电源电路中,损耗成为限制整机效率、功率的重要因素,并直接影响整机的安全运行,因此,必须采取相应的措施加以解决。电源的损耗主要包括开关管IGBT的损耗、二次整流管的损耗以及变压器的铁损、铜损。结合电源电路采用的各管子的技术资料,给出了计算损耗的方法,并在分析这些主要损耗的基础上,通过采用软硬件结合的方法,有效解决了损耗问题。实际电源工作证明,工作正常,达到了预期目的。 For the inverterd welding machine with high-power with middle or high frequency ,the loss has an important influence on the efficiency and power,and also affects the safe operation directly.As a result,the problem must be resolved.The loss of inverterd welding machine mainly includes the loss of the switch IGBT, the rectifier, as well as the magnet loss and copper loss of the transformer. With the technical information of the Transistor used ,the loss calculating method is given in this paper.By analysis prior and adoption of hardware with software, the loss problem is effectively solved, and the result shows that the machine works well as expected.
