摘要
针对加热炉控制参数现状与加热要求越来越精细之间的矛盾,分析加热炉执行的加热制度。结合实际加热过程参数,提出目前加热制度存在的问题。通过钢坯在线温度测试(黑匣子测试)分析,对加热制度中的加热温度、加热时间以及加热炉各段热负荷和温度场优化,提出改进加热制度,达到减少加热时间、节能和降低钢坯氧化的目的。
To solve the contradiction of present coutmlling parameters of reheating furnace and more and more fine beating requirements, by analyzing reheating constitution and process parameters of furnace, problems of present reheating constitution were pointed out. With online thermal measurement and analyzing of billet, reheating temperature and reheating time, heat load and temperature field in different stage were optimized. New reheating constitution was proposed. Energy saving and reduction of oxygenized material were realized.
