摘要
在鞍钢化工总厂六年生产实践的基础上,以生产化检验实际数据为分析依据,以数理统计为手段,以脱硫液中的ZL浓度、pH值、悬浮硫等生产工艺参数为考察对象,分别以三级脱硫塔的脱硫效率和总脱硫效率作为评定指标,从理论和实践中摸索出脱硫脱氰生产的较佳工艺参数。
Based on the production practice of six years and the testing values from the production, the influence of concentration of ZL solution and the pH of ZL solution and process parameters of suspended sulphur on the value of sulphur removal efficiency and total sulphur removal efficiency of a three-stage desulfurization tower were studied by mathematical statistics method. At last, the optimized process parameter of desulfurization and decyanation were drown from theory and practice.
