结肠与卵巢的瘤对瘤转移一例
摘要
患者女性，58岁。因“阵发性下腹部疼痛10余天”于2001年10月15日入院。检查：下腹部触及一足月妊娠大小包块，质硬，活动度差，无触痛。B超示：右卵巢巨大畸胎瘤。遂行右侧卵巢附件切除术。病理示：卵巢为26cm×24cm×7cm大小，表面光滑，局部见灰黄色斑块状增厚．范围1．0cm×0．8cm，卵巢切开呈多房性．内有暗褐色混浊黏液．内外壁无乳头生长：镜下见卵巢壁内衬排列整齐的黏液上皮．无异型性，囊外壁增厚处为乳头状腺癌结构．与囊内黏液上皮无延续，
