心理护理对慢性肾衰竭病人遵医行为的影响

目的:了解慢性肾衰竭病人的心理问题,观察心理护理对慢性肾衰竭病人遵医行为的影响。方法:将我科2008年1月到6月收住的80例慢性肾衰竭病人分为常规组和治方组两组,每组40人,常规组给予常规的护理措施,治疗组除常规的措施外,针对其心理问题加以指导。结果:治疗组患者焦虑等不良情绪明显低于常规组,而遵医行为优于常规组。结论:对于慢性肾衰竭患者进行有效的心理护理可以减轻其焦虑等不良情绪,提高遵医行为,控制疾病,提高生活质量。

Objective：to understand chronic renal failure＇s patients psychological problems and observe the impact of the psychological care toward chronic renal failure patients following the doctor＇s behavitor. Methods：80 cases of chronic renal failure patients selected from our hospital from January to June in 2008 were divided into treamlent group and control group and group,Eeach group is composed by 40 patients. The conventional group were given conventional care measures. The treatment group is guided for their paychologieal problems in addition to conventional group＇s measures. Results：The anxiety and had mood of treatment group patients was significantly lower than that of conventional group and Compliance is better titan the conventional group. Conclusion：For chronic renal failure patients can be an effective psychological care to alleviate their anxiety. And other undesirable emotions. Improve compliance,control diseases,improve the quality of life.
