摘要
目的对某家具制造厂职业病危害防护措施及其控制效果进行评价。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查法、检测检验法进行定性和定量评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中存在木粉尘、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声等职业危害因素。结论该建没项目采用毒性较小的原料和先进的生产工艺及合理的防护设施,有效地降低了职业病危害因素对劳动者健康的影响,基本符合国家相关法律、法规、规范和标准的要求。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the protective measures of occupational hazard and control effect of a furniture factory. [Methods] On-site occupational health survey and test method were adopted to conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluation. [ Results] The occupational hazards of wood dust, formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, xylene and noise existed in production process. [ Conclusion] This construction project adopts less toxic raw materials, advanced production technology and reasonable protection facilities to effectively reduce the occupational hazards to laborer's health and basically accord with the requirements of the relative laws, regulations, norms and standards in China.
