商丘医专学生月经病情况及对学习生活的影响

Status of Emmeniopathy among Medical Students and The Impact on Their Study and Living

目的了解医专在校医学生月经病发病情况及对学习生活的影响,为高校生殖健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对商丘医专三年大专、五年大专、中专女生1190人进行问卷调查并统计分析。结果受调查女生中,功能性子宫出血发病率18.1%,痛经发病率12.2%,经前期综合征发病率8.6%,闭经发病率7.1%。45.9%的学生因月经症状而影响到学习、生活。结论月经病是女医学生妇科多发病,并对学生的学习、生活构成了影响,月经保健教育和服务在高校十分必要。

[ Objective ] To understand the status of emmeniopathy among medical students and the impact on their study and living, and provide evidence for reproductive health education in college. [ Methods ] Random cluster sampling and questionnaire survey were adopted to investigate 1190 female students of three-years junior college, five-years junior college, and technical secondary school in Shangqiu medical college. [ Results ] Of all investigated female students, incidence of dysfunctional uterine bleeding was 18.1%, dysmenorrheal was 12.2%, premenstrual syndrome was 8.6%, and amenorrhea was 7.1%. About 45.9% students complained the menstrual symptoms had influenced their study and living. [ Conclusion] Emmeniopathy is a common gynecologic disease of female students, and it has impacted their study and daily life. Menses health care education service is very necessary in college.
