产褥期母乳喂养现状及影响因素的调查

Investigation on Status of Postpartum Breastfeeding and Its Influencing Factors

目的调查产褥期母乳喂养的现状,分析影响母乳喂养的相关因素。方法调查清华大学第一附属医院2009年1—4月产后42 d复查的产妇123例,对其一般状况、分娩方式、新生儿喂养方式、人工喂养因素等进行分析。结果产褥期母乳喂养率为60.2%,影响母乳喂养最主要的因素是奶量少(42.3%),母乳喂养与开奶时间有关(χ2=21.46,P<0.01),自然分娩和健康教育对提高母乳喂养率有一定关系。结论产妇接受有关母乳喂养知识的教育,临床认真贯彻实施促进母乳喂养的规则,尤其是早开奶的真正实施,将是提高母乳喂养率的有力保障。

[ Objective] To investigate the status of postpartum breastfeeding, and analyze the related factors affecting breast-feeding. [ Methods] Totally 123 cases of puerperal reviewed in First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University 42 days after delivery during January--April 2009 were investigated. The general condition, delivery mode, neonatal feeding, artificial feeding factors and so on were analyzed. [ Results] The rate of postpartum breastfeeding was 60.2% , the major factor influencing breast -feeding was lack of milk （ 42.3 % ） , there was a correlation between first time of lactation and breast-feeding （χ^2 = 21.46, P 〈 0.01）. Natural child- birth and health education had a certain effect on improving breasffeeding rate. [ Conclusion] The strong guarantee to improve breast- feeding rates are breastfeeding education on puerperal, clinical implementation of promotion of breastfeeding, especially for lactation as early as possible.
