摘要 目的评价CT引导注射三氧加胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘手术失败综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析自2006年8月至2008年11月接受CT引导注射三氧加胶原酶治疗腰椎间盘手术失败综合征的52例患者资料。结果全组病例经3~24个月随访,疗效优者16例,良27例,差者9例,优良率82.7%。结论CT引导注射三氧加胶原酶治疗腰椎间手术失败综合征有效,安全。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of chemonucleolysis with oxygen-ozone and collagenase injection under the guidance of CT on failed back surgery syndrome(FBSS). Methods Fifty- two patients suffered from FBSS were treated with oxygen-ozone and collagenase. Results All of the patients were followed up 3-24 months. The excellent effect was in 16 cases,good in 27 cases and poor in 9 cases,with excellent and good rates 89. 7%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect using ozone combined with collagenase to treat failed back surgery syndrome is effective and safe.
