横突尖端阻滞与小针刀治疗顽固性腰3横突综合征

Treatment of refractory third lumbar transverse process syndrome with transverse apex block and small needle knife

目的观察横突尖端阻滞与小针刀治疗腰3横突综合症的疗效。方法本组162例采用横突尖端阻滞加小针刀治疗每周1次共2次，用视觉模拟评分法对患者进行疼痛动态观察。结果治愈122例，占75．3％，有效39例，占24．1％，无效1例。结论横突尖端阻滞与小针刀治疗顽固性腰3横突综合征效果确切可行。

Objectives To investigate the effects of transverse apex block and small needle knife on the refractory third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods 162 patients were treated by transverse apex block and small needle knife,twice a week,two times in all. The pain was analysed by visual analogue scale（VAS）. Results 122 patients （75.3%） were cured, 39 patients （24.1%） were effective, 1 patient（0. 67%） was ineffective. Conclusion The effect of transverse apex block and small needle knife on the treatment of refractory third lumbar transverse process syndrome was confirmed.
