肩周炎的综合康复治疗

Treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with combined rehabilitation

目的探讨综合康复治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法肩周炎患者62例，采用痛点注射、推拿按摩、功能锻炼等综合康复治疗。结果患者肩关节功能恢复50％～90％。其中治愈25例。显效18例，有效12例，总有效率88．7％（55／62例），无效7例。结论采用综合康复疗法治疗肩周炎，疗效可靠，施治安全，起效较快，经济便宜。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined rehabilitation treatment in patients with periarthritis of shoulder. Method Sixty-two patients with periarthritis of shoulder were treated with painpoint injection,massage and functional exercise. Results The function of shoulder joints recovered to 50% - 90%, 25 patients cured, 18 patients excellent, 12 patients effective, 7 patients ineffective. Conclusion Periarthritis of shoulder can be treated with combined rehabilitation therapy and its advantages are relieble, safe, quick onset.
