摘要
人体皮肤接触的红外线辐射主要来自自然光和人工红外线光源。近年来,红外线越来越多地用于医疗或美容领域。但是,流行病学数据和临床观察表明,红外线辐射并不是完全对人体皮肤无害,慢性红外线辐射诱导活性氧生成,激活丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路并上调基质金属蛋白-1的表达。因此,红外线作为自然光的一部分也参与外源性皮肤老化进程。
Human skin is mainly exposed to infrared radiation (1R) from natural sunlight as well as artificial photosources that are increasingly used for cosmetic or medical purposes. Epidemiological data and clinical observations, however, indicate that infrared radiation cannot be considered as totally innocuous to human skin. In response to long-term 1R irradiation, ROS formation can be increased with the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways followed by the upregulation of matrix metalloproteinase-1 expression. Therefore, as a part of natural sunlight, infrared radiation significantly contributes to extrinsic skin aging.
