纳微米聚合物驱油室内实验及数值模拟研究 被引量:22

摘要 用模拟污水配制了纳微米聚合物溶液,在未膨胀和预膨胀条件下,进行了室内封堵实验。结果表明,纳微米聚合物可顺利注入储层,膨胀后可以有效地封堵高渗透层,在一定压力下发生突破和运移,可实现逐级封堵。根据纳微米聚合物驱油渗流特点,建立了三维三相三组分纳微米聚合物调驱数学模型。考虑到对流扩散和调驱渗流特性,采用隐压、显饱、隐浓的差分方法求解该数学模型,并编制了相应的数值模拟软件。在大庆龙虎泡油田纳微米聚合物驱油矿场试验区进行了数值模拟研究,优化了注入参数,实施后达到了增油降水和提高采收率的目的,与数值模拟预测指标基本符合。 The laboratory experiment on formation plugging was carried out by using nano-micron polymer solution confected with modeled sewage under the conditions of no expansion or expansion. The results showed that the nano-micron polymer solution could be injected into reservoirs successfully, and the high-permeability layer could be effectively plugged with the expanded polymer, which could break down and migrate at a certain pressure. So, the progressive plugging could be achieved. According to the seepage features of nano-micron polymer flooding, a 3D-3P(phase)-3C(component) mathematical model of nano-micron polymer for oil displacement was built. Considering convection diffusion and seepage characteristic of deep profile control, the difference method of IMPES and implicit concentration was used to solve the mathematical model. The corresponding numerical simulation software was compiled. The practical application of the nano-micron polymer flooding implemented in the pilot site of Daqing Longhupao Oilfield showed that the injecting parameters was optimized. The oil production rate was raised, while the water production rate decreased and the oil recovery was improved after the implementation of the plan in pilot site. The application result in this oilfield is consistent with the numerical simulation result.
