人类RHD基因及RhD蛋白的研究进展

摘要 人类RHD基因及RhD蛋白多态性均较强,在输血医学中的重要性仅次于ABO血型抗原。RhD蛋白具有很强的免疫原性,能够引起新生儿溶血病和溶血性输血反应。RhD蛋白存在多种变异体,主要包括弱D、不完全D和Del型。本文就人类RHD基因、RhD蛋白及其变异体的相关内容作一综述。
