摘要
目的:探讨一种即损伤较小、又效果良好、外观美观的治疗腋臭的适宜方法。方法:采用两种微创方法治疗腋臭患者78例,平均随访32月。从有效率、并发症发生率及出汗改善情况等方面进行临床评估。结果:电解治疗腋臭并发症的发生率低但复发率高;腋窝皱襞小切口根治术有效率高,但并发症的发生率高。两种方法均可一定程度改善出汗状况。结论:对腋臭的治疗,两种方法各有优缺点,应根据情况采用个体化的治疗方案,方可获得良好的治疗效果。
Objective To find a better technique to treat axillary osmidrosis which has good cosmetic and functional results with the permanent therapeutic effect and fewer complications. Methods From Jan 2005 to Jun 2009, two different surgical techniques were used for the treatment of 78 cases （only 52 cases were follow up long-termS. The treatment complication and results were compared. Results Electrolysis comes out significantly fewer complications ~uL is more recurrence than small axillary laterigrade incision for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.The sweating can be reduced by two procedure swith out significan differences. Conclusion For the different cases,appropriate procedure is chosed deliberatively.
