开窗引流冲洗术治疗青少年颌骨囊肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of tremendous cyst treatmented with fenestration and decompression

目的:探讨开窗引流冲洗术在青少年大型颌骨囊肿临床的疗效。方法:对48例青少年大型颌骨囊肿患者实行开窗引流冲洗术,观察颌骨骨质情况,术后1、3、6及12个月复查曲面断层片,观察牙及牙胚的情况,并定期复查和随访。结果:所有病例均未出现长期反复感染,颌骨形态良好,未出现神经及邻近重要结构损伤症状。术后6个月～3年随访,示骨质再生情况良好,囊肿未见复发。颌骨、牙、牙胚发育生长良好。结论:开窗引流冲洗术是一种简便、经济、安全、效果良好的治疗青少年大型颌骨囊肿的方法,且颌骨、牙、牙胚生长发育不受影响,值得在基层医院开展。

Objective To evaluate curative effect of fenestration and decompression on tremendous cyst. Methods 48 cases were treated with fenestration and decompression technique.Patients were followed-up 1,3,6 and 12 months to take X-ray and observe growth and development of jaw, tooth and dentalgem. Results Recurrent infection was not noticed,bone tissue regenerated progressively within defected area from 6 months to 4 years after fenestration. Conclution Fenestration and decompression on tremendous cyst is a safe and effective procedure.
