摘要
目的:探讨适合氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷着色的着色工艺制度。方法:选用锆基色料锆铁红,采用熔融法着色和烧结法着色工艺分别对氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷进行着色,对其进行微观结构与色度学检测。结果:两种着色工艺均未对其原有的晶体微观结构产生明显影响;熔融法着色后氟云母玻璃陶瓷呈无色半透明状;烧结法着色后氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷呈色稳定,色相未发生改变。结论:对氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷着色工艺而言,烧结法着色工艺优于熔融法着色工艺。
Objective To investigate the suitable coloring process for fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic system. Methods Evaluate the microstructure and coloration of fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramics producedby melting and sintering processes,respectively,which colored by Zr-based iron oxide red pigment. Results No difference of micro structure was observed on fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramics while melting was colorless and sintering was stably colored. Conclusion The sintering process is better than melting coloring process for fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic.
