摘要 我国工业锅炉年燃烧原煤约5.0亿t,燃烧效率低、污染物排放严重,为提高我国工业锅炉整体装备技术水平,在借鉴发达国家成熟技术经验的基础上,结合我国实际状况,开发出高效煤粉工业锅炉技术系统,该系统热效率不低于90%、污染物排放远低于国家相关标准,节能减排效果显著,为我国工业锅炉整体技术进步提供了技术支持。 The annual raw coal combusted for the industrial boilers in China was about 500 million t. Due to the lower combustion efficiency and serious pollutant emission, in order to improve the completed equipment technology level of the industrial boiler in China, based On the matured technical experiences from the developed countries, in combined with the actual conditions in China, a high efficient technology system of the pulverized coal fired boiler was developed in China. The heat efficiency of the system was higher than 90% and the pollutant emission would be far lower than the national related standard. The results of the energy saving and emission reduction could be obvious. The system would provide the technical support to the completed technology progress of the industrial boiler in China.
