一体化防突技术在掘进工作面的应用

摘要 针对有突出危险性掘进工作面突出防治比较困难的现状,根据扩大卸压区范围防突的思想,在分析卸压区安全宽度的基础上,应用主巷深孔超前排放与巷帮隔断式抽放钻孔抽放相结合的一体化防突技术以增大卸压区宽度,从而解决掘进工作面的突出问题,在新义矿煤巷掘进工作面做了现场试验,结果表明:在使用该一体化防突技术后,动力现象基本消除,ΔP、f值、K值等敏感指标均能保持在安全范围之内,巷道施工安全程度得到明显提高,掘进速度提高20%以上。 According to the status of the outburst prevention and control difficulty in the mine gateway heading face with outburst danger in potential, based on the outburst prevention idea to increase the pressure releasing zone and on the analysis on safety width of the pressure releasing zone, the integrated outburst prevention technology in combined with the deep borehole pilot gas drainage in the mine main gateway and the isolated borehole gas drainage in the gateway sidewall were conducted in the seam gateway heading face of Xinyi Mine to solve the outburst problem in the gateway heading. The results showed that after the application of the integrated outburst prevention technology, the dynamic phenomenon could be basically eliminated and the △P, f value, K value and other sensitive index all could be kept within the safety scope. The safety degree of gateway construction could be obviously improved and the heading speed could be increased over 20%.
