摘要
在深入分析大倾角煤层放顶煤开采液压支架选型及三机配套的关键技术问题,特别是三软煤层开采技术的基础上,结合实际生产和使用情况,对4种液压支架的使用进行比较,并对采煤机和刮板输送机防滑等难点进行分析,为支架选型及三机配套提供了可借鉴的经验。
Base on the deep analysis on the selection of the hydraulic powered top coal caving support and key technical problems of the three equipment matching applied to the deep inclined seam, especially base on the mining technology for the seam with soft roof, soft coal and soft floor, in combined with the actual production and application conditions. The applications of the 4 different hydraulic powered supports were compared and the difficulties of the sliding prevention for the coal shearer and face scraper conveyor were analyzed, and it could provide the reference experiences for the support selection and the three equipments matching.
