摘要
鉴于液压支架检测检验任务繁重的现状,设计液压支架试验台自动进出架系统,主要功能是实现液压支架自动进入试验台,试验完成后,再自动化退出试验台;减少了支架因人工进出试验台而耽误的时间;在现有试验台基础上设计出自动化系统,建立该系统的三维模型,并对其可行性进行分析论证,该系统能提高液压支架检测检验效率,消除安全隐患。
Due to the status of the hydraulic support testing too heavy, the main function of the hydraulic powered support automatic in/ out system of hydraulic powered support test rig is to make the hydraulic powered support automatically into the test rig. And after the support tested, the hydraulic powered support could be automatically out off the test rig. Thus the in/out system could reduce the delay time by the hydraulic support manually in and out of the test rig. Based on the available test rig, the automatic system was designed and the three-dimensional model of the system was established. The feasibility of this system was analyzed and confirmed. The efficiency of the hydraulic support testing could be improved and the potential accidents could be eliminated.
