摘要
为提高岩巷掘进技术水平,加快施工速度,提高工效,采用了实践-总结-提高的方法,对河北金牛股份公司相应技术的应用与改进做概要介绍和分析。分析结果表明,在中深孔光爆、机械破岩以及机械化作业线等方面,均取得了较好的成绩。中深孔光面爆破技术既便于锚喷支护又减少对围岩的破坏,提高了巷道的稳定性;对不同断面、岩性的巷道采取适合的机械化作业线可大幅提高掘进速度和效率;挖斗装载机和临时矸石仓的使用可提高装矸效率,缩短工作面作业时间和更好地实现掘、支、运工序平行作业。
In order to improve the heading technology level, construction rate and construction efficiency in the mine rock roadway, a method with practices - summarization - improvement was applied to introduce and analyze the related technology application and improvements in Hebei Jinniu Company. The analysis results showed that relevant progress and good achievements were obtained in the smooth blasting with medium and deep boreholes, the mechanical rock breaking and mechanized operation line. The results showed that the smooth blasting technology with medium and deep boreholes would not only be easy for the bolt and shotcreting support and reduce the failure to the surrounding rocks, but also could improve the stability of the mine roadway. The rational mechanized operation line for the mine different cross section and different lithology roadways could highly improve the excavation speed and efficiency. The application of the bucket loader and the temporary rock bunker could improve the rock loading efficiency, reduce the face operation time and well have a parallel operation of the excavation, support and transportation.
