摘要
本文结合某工程混凝土质量事故,运用故障树分析技术,编制了该事故的故障树,并估算其发生概率,从定性、定量两方面进行分析,找出事故发生的主要原因,有利于采取措施提高工程质量。实例分析表明:故障树分析技术应用在工程质量事故分析中是可行的,并值得进一步推广。
This paper, using fault tree analysis technology, established the fault tree to this accident and estimated the probability of it according to a project concretes quality accident. It found out the primary cause of the accident by carrying on analysis from qualitative and quota, and will be advantageous ,to improve the project quality through taking measures. Case analysis indicates that the application of fault tree analysis technology on project accident analysis is feasible and worth further promoting.
