摘要
目的:通过观察消炎长皮膏对大鼠创面修复的影响,从分子生物学水平探讨其作用机制,为其临床应用提供理论基础。方法:将大鼠背部造成创面感染坏死模型。将大鼠随机分为2组,消炎长皮膏与凡士林组,于第7天、第14天记录创面面积、伤腔容积,并取创面组织行组织学观察及流式细胞学检测,免疫组化检测创面Ⅰ型胶、Ⅲ型胶、FGF2表达,ELISA检测创面及血浆FN表达。结果:消炎长皮膏组各时间点创面面积和伤腔容积均明显缩小(P<0.05),消炎长皮膏组治疗7 d后创面组织中Ⅰ型胶、Ⅲ型胶、FGF2表达及FN表达明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S期细胞百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。组织学检查发现消炎长皮膏组成纤维细胞活跃,毛细血管丰富。结论:消炎长皮膏可促进创面愈合,同时减少瘢痕形成。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaoyan ZhanagPi Ointment(XZO) on wound healing in rats,in order to study its molecular mechanism and provide theory for clinical application.Methods: Rats were infected with staphylococus aureus in raw surface,and randomly divided into XZO group and Vaseline group.On the 7th and 14th day,the wound area and wound cavity volume were observed.Wound surface tissue was collected for observation of histological change.Expressions of collagen Ⅰ,collagen Ⅲ and FGF2 in raw surface tissue were observed by immuno--histochemisty S--P method. The expression of FN in tissue surface and blood plasma were measured by ELISA method. Results:Compared with control group, the wound area and wound volume on different day in XZO group were significantly reduced (P〈0.05). After 7 days, the expressions of collagen I, collagen IH, FGF2, FN, and the percent of S--stage cells from wound tissue in XZO group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0. 05). Histological examination showed that there were richer fibroblasts and blood capillary in XZO group. Conclusion: XZO can promote wound healing and alleviate scar formation.
