母女共患急性白血病2例并文献复习

Acute Leukemia in Co-morbid Mother and Daughter:Two Cases Report and Review of the Literature.

目的探讨家族性白血病的发病因素和预后。方法分析我院急性白血病母女的诊治经过,并复习文献。结果家族性白血病的发病因素除考虑遗传因素外,还有放射线、化学因素、病毒感染等因素,生存时间短。结论家族性白血病属多因素发病,预后差。

Objective To explore the danger and prognostic factors of family leukemia. Methods Analysis of acute leukemia in co - morbid mother and daughter from our hospital was carried out. Its diagnosis, treatment regimen, and review of the literatures was analysed. Results The dangerous factors of family leukemia was associated with the factors of inheritance, radiation, chemical and virus. Patient survival time with family leukemia was shorter. Conclusion Many factors can contribute to family leukemia ,which have unfavorable prognosis.
