Shikani可视喉镜在颈椎手术气管内插管中的应用

The aplication of shikani optical stylet in tracheal intubation of cervical vertebrae operation

目的：观察颈椎手术应用Shikani可视喉镜引导气管内插管的安全性和有效性。方法：60例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级颈椎损伤患者,拟全麻下行前路或后路颈椎内固定术。常规麻醉诱导后,所有患者均固定头位,应用Shikani可视喉镜引导气管插管。记录插管成功率、耗时、麻醉诱导和插管前后的血流动力学改变、不良反应。结果：插管成功率100%;耗时21.3±9.1 s。与麻醉诱导前比较,插管时的血流动力学指标无明显变化。不良反应发生率低。结论：颈椎手术患者应用Shikani可视喉镜引导气管内插管简便易行,咽喉部刺激小,插管顺利,效果满意,不良反应少。

Objective： To observe the security and efficiency of the use of shikani optical stylet in tracheal intubation of cervical vertebrae operation. Methods： 60 cases of ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ with C-pine injury had been decided to perform a cervical vertebrae operation. After routine anesthesia induction, all cases were head-fixed and were performed tracheal intubation and the success rate, time, haemodynamics and side-effects were recorded respectively. Results： The successful rate were 100% and the average time consumption were 21.3 ±9.1 seconds. Compared to pre-anesthesia induction, haemodynamics at the time of tracheal intubation had no significant change, and the sideeffects were very tow. Conclusion： Shikani Optical Stylet is an easier technique, has higher success rate and satisfied efficiency with fewer side-effects in tracheal intubation of cervical vertebrae operation.
