３２只绵羊经Ｐ４＋ＰＧ处理后，１～５ｄ、１０ｄ内的同期发情率分别为９２．００％（２９／３２），１００％（３２／３２）。５ｄ、１０ｄ内的同期发情率均显著地高于对照组的同期发情率（５０％和８０％）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
