运用均衡凝固理论设计铸钢件曲柄的浇冒口 被引量:2

摘要 按照均衡凝固理论的"铸钢件动态顺序凝固"理论,改进了曲柄的原浇冒口工艺,新设计的冒口离开热节,数量由两个变为一个铸件没有缩孔缩松、工艺出品率由原来的53.8%。提高到71.2%。 The original foudry technology of crank is imperoved according to proportional solidification's theroy of "dynamic divection solidification of steel casting". The improved casting method is that the riser deviates from the hot-spot, and the number increased by one. The results shows that the casting has no shrinkage by one. The results shows that the casting has no shrinkage. The pattern yield increased from 53.8 % to 71.2 %.
