阀门外壳铸造工艺改进

摘要 分析阀门外壳原铸造工艺产生缩孔、气孔、针孔和氧化夹渣等铸造缺陷的原因,采取改变浇注位置、改善浇注系统,增加泡沫陶瓷过滤器、整体随形冷铁和整体随形冒口、以及严格控制熔液质量等措施,基本上消除了铸造内部缺陷,铸件耐压测试合格率超过80%。 The original casting technics of valve house which produced shrinkage,blowhole, pinhole and oxidizing slag is analyzed. Aimed at these defects, The improvement casting process of pouring position and perfected gating system in new casting technics is used foam ceramic filter, whole outline cold-iron, whole outline riser, and strictly controled molten-liquid quality as well are added. As a result, It almostly avoided internal casting defects, And the passing rate of the casting for compression resistance test exceed 80 %.
