手术并发症新分级——改良的“手风琴”式并发症严重程度分级系统

术后并发症的“手风琴”式严重程度分级（拓展分级）：1轻度：仅需床旁有创操作，例如静脉留置针穿刺、留置导尿管、鼻胃管及伤口引流管，允许应用物理疗法及止吐药、退热药、镇痛药、利尿剂、电解质等药物。2中度：需要除了上述药物外的其他药物学治疗，例如应用抗生素、输血及完全胃肠外营养支持。3重度：无需全麻的有创操作。

Expanded Accordion Classi cation-De nition of Levels of Severity：1.Mild Complications：Requires only minor invasive procedures that can be done at the bedside such as insertion of intravenous lines, urinary catheters, and nasogastric tubes, and drainage of wound infections.Physiotherapy and the following drugs are allowed（antiemetics, antipyretics, analgesics and electrolytes）.
