对湘西农村地区生态文明建设的思考

加强农村生态文明建设,是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。湘西的农村地区在中国西部区域经济发展中具有很强的特殊性,具有政策、区位和资源等优势,但在农村地区的生态文明建设方面却仍然存在着农民的环保意识淡薄、农村环境污染和农业资源减退等问题。因此,必须转换农民的落后观念,并依据湘西农村地区的实际情况,发展绿色生态农业,加快农村生态旅游观光和生态家园建设,实现人与自然的和谐发展。

The rural area in western Hunan province has some peculiarities in the western regional economic development, and there are some advantages in this area , such as in the natural resources , but there are still many problems to be resolved , especially in the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, we must change the backward concepts and develop green eco - agriculture based on the actual situation of western Hunan province and accelerate the construction of rural eeo - tourism and eco - home for achieving a harmonious goal to achieve the balance between man and nature.
