摘要
观察结果表明,引进的“683”具有明显的光敏不育特性,在短日照(11h)条件下,全部恢复可育,平均自交结实率为63.38%,可以繁种;在长治春播自然日照下,群体不育株率为100%,平均自交不实率(不育度)为99%以上,可用于繁种。“683”属中早熟类型,可用于转育适宜山西省中晚熟区利用的新光敏不育系。
Through observation we find out that '683' introduced has the character of obvious photo-period-sensitive male-sterile. In short light day (11h), it recovers its fertility all. The average selffertility percentage reaches 63. 38%. When '683' is spring sowed in natural day in chang zhi, the rates of sterile plants reaches 100% and average seed sterility above 99%. Its major characters are stable and it may be used to breed seeds. '683'belongs to the type of middle-early matkure and we may change its fertility and breed new type of photoperiod-sensitive sterile line for suiting middle-late mature areas in our province.
