当前监狱保外就医工作存在的问题及对策

The Problems of the Current Prison Medical Treatment Work and the Countermeasures

在司法实践中,监狱机关对罪犯保外就医是刑罚执行的重要内容之一。当前,由于监狱保外就医工作存在不少问题,造成保外就医的罪犯脱管失控、司法工作人员腐败等现象时有发生,严重削弱了刑罚的严肃性与执行力,在社会上产生了一些负面影响。为此,针对目前监狱保外就医工作的情况,结合实际分析监狱保外就医制度存在的主要问题及原因,在此基础上,对加强监狱保外就医工作的提出了建议或对策。

In the judicial practice, one of the most important implementation of criminal penalty is that prison authorities provide medical treatment for criminals. However, with many problems existing in prison medical treatment, some criminals are left＇out of control ; and there is police corruption from time to time ,which seriously undermines the seriousness and enforcement of the penalties and has a negative impact in the community. For this reason, the author analyses the main problems and reasons about the prison medical parole system and made some suggestions and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the work of the prison medical treatment.
