小学生在犯错中成长的对策

摘要 人人都会犯错误,犯错是小学生成长中的自然现象,关键是他们犯了错误之后怎么办?我们如何看待它,怎样对待它。在教育教学过程中,不少教师在看待小学生的犯错上有误区。老师们太看重他们犯错的负面效应,面对小学生犯错时,在失望、无奈之余大都是生气和指责他们。大多数教师对他们犯错的积极因素重视不够、挖掘不够,更谈不上利用他们的犯错来引领其成长了。故从如何理性地看待小学生的犯错出发,就小学教师应采取的对策提出自己的看法。 Everyone makes mistakes. Making mistakes is a natural phenomenon during the pupils' growth. The key is what to do with it after they make a mistake, how we think of it and deal with it. There are some areas where the teachers think mistakenly of the mistakes the pupils make during the teaching process in education. The teachers take too seriously the negative effects of their mistakes. In the face of pupils' mistakes, they always get disappointed and angry with the pupils in addition to criticizing them. Most of the teachers do not pay enough attention to and dig out the positive factors when the pupils made mistakes, let alone use their mistakes to lead them to grow up. The author tells us how to treat the pupils' mistakes rationally at the beginning of this paper, and put forward her own views of the strategies which the primary school teachers should take thereafter .
