EBSCO外文数据库是目前世界上最大的多学科学术期刊全文数据库和综合性商业资源全文数据库。以EBSCO数据库为例,分析了西部高校外文数据库的引进思路以及利用率低的原因,针对存在的问题提出了提高外文期刊数据库利用率的对策。

EBSCO foreign language database is the world＇s largest multi- disciplinary academic journals and the full text of a comprehensive database of full - text database of commercial resources. In this paper, taking EBSCO database as an example, the author analyses the introduction of the foreign language database, as well as the reasons for its low use, and gives countermeasures to improve the utilization rate of foreign language periodicals database.
