腹股沟无张力疝修补术258例疗效观察及并发症原因分析

Curative Effect and Complication of 258 Cases of Tension-free Ingceinal Hernia Repair

目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的可行性和科学性。方法回顾性分析2005年3月至2009年6月间,我院外科所施行的258例无张力疝修补术,总结临床经验。结果手术全部順利完成。平均手术时间41.5min,术后出现尿潴留3例,阴囊积液2例,术后平均随防35.3个月,无随访期內复发病例?崧邸∥拚帕︷扌薏故醢踩⒓虻ァ⑻弁辞帷⒒指?快、复发率低,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and feasibility of tension -free hemioplasty to treat inguinal hernia. Methoels Retrospective analyzed 258 cases of tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital from march 2005 to June 2009. Results All the surgery completed successfully and the mean operating time was 41.5 min. Postoperetive urinary retention occured in 3 cases, scrotal hydrocele 2 cases After an average followed-up of 31.3 months, no recurrence occured. Conclusions Tension-free hemioplasty is a safe and simple, surgery with less pain, quick recovery and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of applying generally.
