雅鲁藏布江中游河谷黑颈鹤自然保护区功能区调整及其生态影响

Adjustments on the Scope and Function and its Ecological Impacts in the Middle Reaches of the Brahmaputra Valley—the Black-necked Cranes National Nature Reserve

黑颈鹤为我国濒危珍稀鸟类,西藏雅鲁藏布江中游河谷黑颈鹤自然保护区是黑颈鹤最主要的越冬栖息地。分析原有保护区在区划范围和功能分区方面存在的问题,提出保护区的保护范围和功能区的调整方案。调整结果:将非保护区黑颈鹤越冬栖息地的湖泊湿地和河谷农田湿地划入保护区实验区,将保护区范围内的山地、干线公路两侧和人口密集区等无黑颈鹤活动的区域划为非保护区。分析保护区范围调整后的生态影响,并就如何促进保护区的建设和发展提出建议。

The middle reaches of Brahmaputra Valley in Tibet is a Black-necked cranes Nature Reserve, which is also the most important wintering habitat for the slack-necked cranes, a kind of rare and endangered birds. The problems on the scope, and functions in the original zoning of protected areas were analyzed. Projects on changing the protected scope and adjusting the functional areas of the protected areas were proposed according to the above problems. The adjusted results were produced： some wetlands of lakes, valleys and agricultural lands were transferred to the protection areas, which originally were the blacknecked cranes wintering habitats. The mountainous area, both sides of trunk roads and densely populated areas were excluded out of the protected areas, where no Black-necked cranes existed. And, the added regions were designated as the experimental zone of protected areas. The ecological impact on the protected areas after adjustment was analyzed, furthermore, some suggestions on how to promote the construction and development of protected areas were also put forward.
