铝锭冷却输送机液压马达的特性分析

Characteristics analysis of hydraulic motor for cooling conveyor of aluminum ingot casting machines

通过建立铝锭冷却输送机液压马达的数学模型,利用Matlab仿真工具对液压马达的启动—转动—制动过程的负载变化进行了研究,根据仿真结果分析了外负载对液压马达输出量的影响,同时比较了高速马达驱动与低速马达驱动的一些特性,提出使用液压马达的注意事项。

The paper discusses,on the basis of building the mathematic model for the motor,load change during thestart-run-stop process of the hydraulic motor used in aluminum ingot casting machines by means Matlab simulation tool,and the effect of external load upon output of the motor.Furthermore,it compares the performance of high speed hydraulic motor with low one and indicates how to use them.
